Returns & Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, edibles, vape cartridges, and opened consumables cannot be returned.
- Faulty or damaged products may be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Perishable goods (including edibles, gummies, or infused products).
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refund Process
- Contact us at info@chinavapeuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
